1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j1880 and all persons who register an account, access, browse, or use any service, product, or feature made available through the j1880 website located at j1880.net ("the Platform").

1.2 j1880 operates the Platform under an international gaming license issued by the relevant regulatory authority. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are legally permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify whether accessing and using the j1880 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

1.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the j1880 Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

1.4 j1880 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

1.5 These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an account with j1880, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The Player must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• The Player must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the account remains active.
• The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
• The Player must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of j1880 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.

2.2 During the registration process, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. j1880 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration.

2.3 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the j1880 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.4 j1880 employs automated and manual identity verification procedures. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

2.5 j1880 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1 have not been met or have ceased to be met.

3. Account Management

3.1 The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their j1880 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. j1880 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

3.2 The Player must notify j1880 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that their account credentials have been compromised. j1880 will take reasonable steps to secure the affected account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received.

3.3 Players must keep their registered account information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to j1880 support promptly. j1880 reserves the right to suspend an account where the information on record is found to be outdated or inaccurate.

3.4 Player accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. j1880 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after reasonable notice has been provided to the Player via their registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player upon request made through the j1880 support channel.

3.5 j1880 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their account, account balances, or any entitlements accrued under any j1880 loyalty or VIP programme to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to j1880 accounts must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. j1880 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. j1880 does not charge processing fees on standard Pakistani payment method deposits; however, the Player's bank or mobile money provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements having been satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) minutes during active processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

4.3 Currency

All j1880 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player has specifically selected an alternative currency wallet where available. j1880 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by the Player's bank or payment provider when processing international transactions.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

j1880 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address dated within three (3) months, and documentation verifying ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is directed. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively by submitting required documents via the j1880 account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 j1880 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal Eid and PSL campaign promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds credited to a j1880 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will be applied to eligible wagers only after the Player's real-money balance has been exhausted, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.

5.4 j1880 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or where continued operation of the promotion would be financially unviable. In such circumstances, any bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement may be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

5.5 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts for bonus collection, use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, and collusion between Players to satisfy wagering requirements, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.6 Bonuses are not available to Players who have registered a self-exclusion or who are operating under a deposit limit that would prevent normal participation in the relevant promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All casino games available on the j1880 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes conducted by trained professional dealers. j1880 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the house edge inherent in the mathematical structure of each game.

6.2 In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction during a game round, j1880 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. j1880 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end, including poor mobile network performance.

6.3 For sports betting markets, j1880 follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a disputed settlement, j1880's decision shall be final after review by the sports trading team. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake refunded.

6.4 j1880 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual Players or across specific markets at its sole discretion. High-value or unusual betting patterns may trigger manual review prior to settlement.

6.5 Winnings resulting from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus, as described in Section 5 of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the j1880 Platform:

• Creating more than one registered account, whether in the same name or using different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the j1880 Platform or any of its component games.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes with a deposit payment provider without first engaging j1880's support team to resolve the matter.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of masking the Player's true geographical location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Making threatening, abusive, or harassing communications toward j1880 staff or other Players via any channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds where legally permissible, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 j1880 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from the Player's account settings to assist in managing gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable on-screen reminders after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from j1880 for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

8.2 j1880 strictly enforces the 21 years of age minimum requirement. Players who are identified as being under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds returned to the original payment method where required by law.

8.3 Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance. j1880 recommends contacting professional support resources available in Pakistan and through the Player's healthcare provider.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the j1880 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of j1880 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of j1880.

9.3 The j1880 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of j1880. Use of any j1880 trademark without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The j1880 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j1880 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1880 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 j1880's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 j1880 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond j1880's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 j1880 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with j1880, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 j1880 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer a Player's personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent, except where required to do so by law or for the purpose of fulfilling regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.

11.3 Players may exercise their data subject rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, by contacting j1880 support. Requests will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law.

11.4 j1880 employs industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the Platform. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and j1880 cannot provide an absolute guarantee of data security.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 j1880 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, j1880 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable notice via the registered email address or in-platform notification. Continued use of the j1880 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 It is the Player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting j1880 support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which j1880's international gaming license is issued.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between j1880 and a Player, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through j1880's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to j1880 support in writing, providing full details of the dispute. j1880 will acknowledge the complaint within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days.

13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent j1880 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
